Returns policy

At Practice Supplies, we know that sometimes it is necessary for goods to be returned to us. If you have products you would like to return for whatever reason, you should immediately contact PSL customer services on 08450 500 728.

In the case of defective goods

Where goods purchased from us are damaged or fail to perform within accepted parameters*, we will arrange collection at our expense, (unless said collection would prove financially unviable. In this case we would ask you to post defective items back to us and a postal credit would be applied to your account.) If replacements are required by you, they will be shipped to you at this point. On return, and after examination, defective products which are not required to be replaced will have their full cost, (including original postage), credited to your account.

In the case of unwanted goods

Where goods have been purchased from us that are unwanted, you have 30 days from the invoice date in which to contact us and arrange for collection. You will be charged a £20 restocking fee to cover all carriage costs and administration. On return, and after examination, a credit for the unwanted goods will be applied to your account only if:

  • items are unopened
  • packaging remains saleable
  • any additional promotional items, including free consumables, gifts, vouchers are also returned.

In the case of redundant items

On the occasion of products purchased from us no longer being required, (as in the event of the relevant device having been replaced), you may be able to arrange the return of these items only if:

  • items are at least six months from their use by date
  • items are unopened
  • packaging remains saleable
  • any additional promotional items, including free consumables, gifts, vouchers are also returned.

A £20 restocking fee to cover all carriage costs and administration will be charged to your account. On return, and after examination, items will be partially credited to your account based on product pricing at the time of the return, and the time remaining on the use by date of the items.

Can I get a refund sent to me?

Refunds will only be available when your account is in credit. In addition, the credit on your account must only be as a result of overpayment, or goods returned to us which have proven defective.
