Practice Supplies reserves the right to make any changes to the terms and conditions. Any orders placed will be subject to the terms and conditions which are in force at the time of sale. However, in the event of changes made due to law, all orders placed after the time of enforcement will be subject to the new terms and conditions.

Product availability
Every effort is made to ensure the availability of all products listed on the website. If any orders are placed for items listed which have since become unavailable, we reserve the right to provide a replacement of at least equal quality. Where a replacement is not available, you will be advised of any delay incurred prior to delivery.
Delivery
All statements made with respect to delivery times are guidelines only. We cannot be made liable for any losses incurred due to a failure to meet these guidelines. When delivery is known to be affected by events and/or circumstances beyond our control, we will aim to ensure the customer is advised of the situation as near to the time of order as possible.
Pricing
Items in our catalogue are constantly checked to ensure the information associated with each product is accurate. Unfortunately, at any one time a small number of our products may be incorrectly priced. Prices for items are verified prior to dispatch. In the event of the corrected price being higher than that advertised on the website, we will contact you prior to dispatch. If an order has to be cancelled as a result, this will be done with no cost to you.
Loss
Practice Supplies Ltd. cannot be held liable for any losses incurred as a direct and/or indirect failure to comply with the terms and conditions of use.
Events beyond our reasonable control
In the event of any delay in service, or failure to meet obligations set out under the terms and conditions, which has arisen from means beyond our reasonable control, we cannot be held responsible for that delay or failure.
