" I looked into the cost of toners and drums about three years ago when the NHS started to buy and use the brother laser printers. The surgeries were buying from companies like Viking, Misco, Laserwrite, Office World etc., and paying very high prices.

I looked at about 12 companies that were at the time offering cheaper toners (not drums at that time). I tried each company in turn and had a lot of problems, toners were half filled, leaked, dirty, print quality was poor, etc. I nearly gave up however I had a phone call from Practice Supplies who asked for a meeting, I thought ok why not let's hear what they have to say.

After the meeting I was very happy to give this project one more try and I got the result that I was looking for, Practice Supplies were not just emptying and refilling like the others, they took their market to the next level , replaced all moving parts with new parts i.e. the heated roller, cogs, etc
